基于VMI的3PL供应商的评价方法研究

【摘要】 从供应商管理库存(VMI)的相关理论出发,分析了VMI给3PL(第三方物流)带来的挑战与机遇.基于VMI模式,从服务质量、企业实力、成本水平、合作稳定性四个方面进行了考虑,建立了3PL供应商评价指标体系.此外运用模糊综合评价法构建了3PL供应商的选择和评价模型,并在此基础上进行了算例研究.

【Abstract】 Using the related theory of vendor managed inventory,the paper analyzes the challeng- es and opportunities provided to the 3PL by VMI.And based on VMI,the paper builds comprehen- sive criteria system,which is consisted of service quality,comprehensive strength,cost and cooper- ation reliability.Then a practical method adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of select and evaluate 3PL supplier was illustrated.
