【Abstract】 Leadership continues to play an important role in team effectiveness. This paper draws a sharp comparison between charismatic and transformational leadership. Their definitions, structures, measurement tools and characteristics will be analyzed in depth. And then the paper summarizes the contextual factors that affect the formation of leadership styles and effectiveness, and presents the prospects for future research.更多还原
