【摘要】 研究通过文献分析、深度访谈构建了中国情境下基于团队层面的研发团队创造力影响因素的概念模型。通过对科技型创新企业的57个研发团队的现场研究,对基于团队层面的研发团队创造力影响因素的探索性和验证性因子分析表明,研发团队创造力的影响因素由目标明确、任务规范、领导信任、组织保障、成员多样性、角色期待、工作依赖、成员互动等八个一阶因素构成。在此基础上,提出相应管理建议和对未来研究的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of discussion about literature research and depth interviews, the paper constructed a concept model of influencing factors of team creativity based on team level in Chinese context. Then, the study investigated 57 R&D teams of science and technology innovation enterprise and carried out exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on influencing factors of R&D team creativity. Research indicated that influencing factors of R&D team creativity consists of eight dimension structures such as object definitude,task criterion,leader trust ,organization safeguard,leaguer variety ,role hope,rely on work,leaguer interaction. Finally, the paper discussed the implication of these findings on management practice and the prospect of future research.更多还原
