接触声非线性方法检测大功率声波对粘接界面的破坏作用

【摘要】 随着现代工业的发展,多层复合材料的使用也越来越广泛。多层复合材料在使用了一段时间后,由于受到外界的撞击或者振动,层与层之间的粘接界面会受到破坏甚至出现裂纹,可能导致材料断裂,这就为多层复合材料的安全使用埋下隐患。本文采用接触声非线性方法对复合材料粘接界面粘接状态进行了检测,描绘出了粘接层受到大功率声波破坏前后的粘接状态分布图,可以清楚地看到界面受到破坏的情况,为材料的安全使用提供依据。同时这种方法采用的是非线性参数,因此具有较高的灵敏度,而且实现起来比较简单,可以进行实时检测。

【Abstract】 Due to the development of the modern industry,the multilayered composite materials are widely used in material industry,aviation industry,medical enterprise and other consumer industries.After the composite materials have been used for a period of time,because of the crash or vibration,the bonded interface between layers will be damaged and some micro-cracks will appear in the interface which will possibly cause the composite materials to break.The weak bonding region with the micro-cracks is possibly the initial spot of the entire equipment’s failure.In this paper,a contact acoustic nonlinearity(CAN) method is used to detect the bonding state of the bonded solid-solid interface.The contours of the bonding state before and after breakage by high-power acoustic wave are depicted by this method and the destructive situation of the interface can be easily distinguished from them.Because the CAN method uses the nonlinear parameter,it has high sensitivity.Meanwhile the method can be realized easily,so it can carry out the detection real time.
