运用德尔菲法评估苹果花期冻害气象服务效益初探
Weather Service Study of Freezing Damage Impact on Apple Bloom Period Using the Dephi Evaluation Method

【摘要】 选择陕西果区有代表性的6个果业基地县,通过问卷调查的形式,了解不同苹果管理和经营群体对苹果花期冻害气象服务的满意度和效益评估。然后运用德尔菲法探讨定量评估气象服务效益有关技术方法。
【Abstract】 Selecting 6 representative regions from Shaanxi Fruit zone,it is analyzed the effects of Weather Service products on the Damage during Apple Bloom Period through questionnaire survey about the satisfactions among different manage and produce groups.On this basis,it is assessed about the benefit of relative weather Service technologies using the Dephi Method in freezing damage during apple bloom period.
