氢化物发生——原子荧光光谱法对土壤铅的测定研究

【摘要】 应用双道无色散原子荧光光谱仪,采用HNO3-HClO4体系消解土壤样品。研究了光电管负高压、灯电流、载气和屏蔽气流量、硼氢化钾和铁氰化钾浓度对测定结果的影响。在选定实验条件下,铅的线性范围为0~100μg·L-1,检出限为0.04μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.25%,加标回收率为93.8%~105.6%。此方法简便、快捷,测定结果准确可靠。
【Abstract】 A double-channel and dispersionless atomic fluorescence spectroscopy has been developed for determination of trace lead in soils after digestion using HNO 3 -HClO 4 system. The effect of the experimental conditions and instrumental operating parameters (e.g. negative voltage,current of lampKBH 4 concentration and K 3 Fe(CN) 6 concentration,et al. ) on the determination of Pb is investigated. Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of determination is 0~100μg·L -1 ,and the detection limit is 0.04μg·L -1. The instrumental relative standard deviation is 1.25% and the recovery is about 93.8%~105.6%. This method is simple and rapid. The testing results are accurate and reliable.
