林业排种器实验台设计
Design of the Forestry Seed-Feeding Experiment Platform

【摘要】 林业排种器实验台是排种器的研发设计和性能试验的关键设备。国家林业局哈尔滨林业机械研究所研发的新型林业排种器实验台结构新颖独创,效果直观,性能可靠。试验结果表明:该实验台可以模拟自带动力驱动和地轮驱动的林业播种作业,对不同种类播种机的安装适应性好,数据测量准确,使试验结果具有可比性,为试验选型、性能质量的评定与推荐提供了依据。同时,大大提高了工作效率,降低了试验成本。
【Abstract】 Forestry seed-feeding platform is the key equipment for the development design and quality experiment of seed-feeding devices. The new forestry seed-feeding experiment platform,developed and designed by Harbin Institute of Forestry Machinery,features unique outlook,obvious effect and reliable quality. Experiments show that the platform is highly adaptable to sowing works by either vehicle driving-power or ground driving-power,and compatible with various types of sowing machines,as is shown with accurate technical statistics,rendering the experiments comparable in effect and for assessment and recommendation. Meanwhile,the efficiency is highly enhanced and the cost for experiment reduced.
