柚木苯醇抽提物对MUF胶合效果的影响

【摘要】 对经柚木苯醇抽提液表面处理的实木胶合效果的试验、分析结果表明:积聚在表面的柚木苯醇抽提物(ABET)妨碍了MUF对被胶合材表面的润湿性和物理渗透性,从而妨碍了被胶合材与MUF胶合层中胶钉的机械结合效应的形成,降低了被胶合材的胶合效果;但是ABET并不影响被胶合材与MUF的化学结合胶合效应。从而建议,为获得柚木满意的胶合效果,应避免柚木抽提物在其表面的积聚。

【Abstract】 Outcomes form the experiments and analysis about the adhesion of the wood whose surface was spread with liquid benzene-alcohol extractives of teak indicated that the benzene-alcohol extractives accumulated on wood surface might interfere with the wetttability and physical penetration of melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin (MUF) to the wood so as to prevent the mechanical bonding result from the glue nail and reduce the adhesion result. However, the benzene-alcohol extractives did not influence the chemical bonding result of the wood with MUF. Based on those conclusions, the suggestion for getting satisfied bonding result of teak by avoiding the accumulation of benzene-alcohol extractives on the wood surface was put forward.
