相容剂对WF/PLA生物质复合材料耐久性和生物降解性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了无相容剂及添加AD281或A3000相容剂的木纤维/聚乳酸(WF/PLA)生物质复合材料的使用耐久性及其降解性能。结果表明,WF/PLA复合材料性能随时间延长而下降,但也具有较好的耐久性,24个月后,弯曲强度和弯曲模量可保留90%以上;在土中埋6个月后,复合材料降解显著,力学性能明显降低,无添加剂和添加AD281的WF/PLA复合材料中PLA分子明显降解,但降解区域不同,有的发生在无定形区,有的在结晶区。添加A3000的复合材料,耐久性最好,相对不易降解。
【Abstract】 The use endurance and biodegradability of wood fiber/poly (lactic acid) bio-composites with compatibility AD281 or A3000 and without compatibility were investigated. The result indicates that the properties of WF/PLA composites decreased with the time lapsed, but it has good endurance too. Flexural strength and modulus still preserved more than 90% after 24 months. After buried in soil for 6 months, the bio-composites degraded obviously, the mechanical properties of the composites decreased significantly. The molecular weight of poly(lactic acid) in WF/PLA bio-composites with or without AD281 decreased too, but the degradation happened in different areas, some in amorphous area and some in crystal area. The WF/PLA bio-composite with A3000 had excellent endurance and not easy to degrade.
