氨处理对光度法测试甲醛释放量的影响

【摘要】 研究了用不同的氨浓度及不同的氨处理过程对光度法测试甲醛释放量的影响,试验结果表明:甲醛释放量测试值随氨量的增加呈负对数关系降低;氨处理可以明显降低高浓度的甲醛,然而在甲醛降低到一定水平后,既使氨过量很多,甲醛释放量的降低却很有限,光度法依然能检出少量的甲醛;同样的测试液存放时间延长,甲醛释放量测试值变大;加氨后甲醛与之反应的时间对测试结果影响不大,说明氨的存在会干扰甲醛含量的测试且用氨处理人造板会造成氨的二次污染。
【Abstract】 study on the Change of determination of formaldehyde emission from ammonia treated by spectrophotometric method. The effects of different concentration of ammonia and different treating ways on determination of formaldehyde emission were investigated as well. The result showed that the formaldehyde emission decreased logarithmicly with ammonia concentration increasing. When the formaldehyde emission concentration on a high level, it can be decreased quickly by ammonia. However, the value of formaldehyde emission would decrease limitedly as it lower some level even if the ammonia was quantitatively sufficient. The formaldehyde emission could be measured by spectrophotometric method; To the same solution as prolonging the keeping time, the value of formaldehyde emission became higher; Effect of the action time of formaldehyde and ammonia was not significant.
