杉木优树半同胞子代测定及优良家系选择初步研究

【摘要】 对四川省国营富顺林场收集的全省统一编号的杉木24年生优树半同胞子代生长林进行了调查,分析了45个家系间和家系内生长性状的差异和相关关系,进行了遗传力、遗传相关系数等遗传参数的估算。结果表明:不同家系间在树高、胸径和材积上存在极显著差异,家系内单株间生长性状差异不显著;家系生长性状之间呈显著正相关关系,材积受中等强度遗传力控制,树高和胸径受较弱的遗传控制;综合各性状初步选出7个优良家系,材积、树高和胸径预期遗传增益分别达18.55%,2.71%和6.74%。

【Abstract】 24-year old Half Sib family Progeny trail from free pollination of plus tree of Cunninghamia lanceolata in Fushun State Forest Farm was investigated in Sichuan province. The the difference of growth among and within 45 families and correlation relationship were conducted.;heritability ,genetic genetic correlation index and so on genetic parameters were also estimated. The results showed that there was significantly differences among 45 families in height,DBH and volume. Whereas there was not differences among individuals within a family. There was significantly and positively correlated among aboved growth traits. The volume was mediumly under genetic control. The height and DBH were weakly under genetic control. Seven Superior Families were Selected based on all traits comprehensively analysised. On the average theses elected families gave representing genetic gains of volume ,height and DBH were 18.55%, 2.71%和 6.74%, respectively.
