【摘要】 本文以森林资源连续清查样地、不同林分类型典型样地调查为基础,以长期定位观测为核心,专题调查、小班调查、社会调查等相补充的浙江省公益林生态效益监测体系,对浙江省公益林生态系统服务功能及价值评估进行了初步研究。结果表明:浙江省现有公益林生物总量1.24亿t,年增长量916.11万t。2005年公益林发挥生态效益722.66亿元。其中:涵养水源223.79亿元,吸收二氧化碳177.24亿元,释放氧气118.14亿元,固土保肥、改良土壤效益92.02亿元,森林生态旅游效益69.14亿元,减少水旱灾效益25.35亿元,储能16.98亿元。通过监测体系的长期研究,基本掌握了我省公益林的森林资源和生态状况以及生态效益。但现有森林分布不尽合理,林分质量还有较大的提高空间。今后须进一步完善林种树种结构,强化森林经营,以充分发挥公益林森林生态功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 We quantitatively evaluated the ecological forest ecosystem service in Zhejiang province by monitoring system,based on continuous forest inventory plots in different forest types and long-term observation station,complement with thematic surveys,social surveys,such as small survey.The results showed that the biomass of Zhejiang Province ecological forest was 124 million tons in 2005,with annual growth of 9.161 million tons.Total ecosystem service value of Zhejiang ecological forest in 2005 is 72.266 billion yuan of which the water conservation 22.379 billion yuan,carbon dioxide absorbability 17.724 billion yuan,oxygen release 11.814 billion yuan,soil conservation 9.202 billion yuan,forest tourism function value 6.914 billion yuan,the effective flood reduction 2.535 billion yuan, and energy storage 1.698 billion yuan.Through the long-term and monitoring system research,we understand ecological forest resources,ecological conditions,as well as ecological benefits.However, the distribution of the existing forest is not quite rational,and forest stand quality still low.We need to improve the structure of tree species further,and strengthen forest management in order to play the ecological forest functions fully.更多还原
