中板厂加热炉数学模型数值模拟

【摘要】 本文以某中板厂加热炉为研究对象,建立了四段步进梁式加热炉板坯数学模型并采用有限容积法进行了离散,模拟了钢坯内部温度场,并和黑匣子试验数据进行了比较,证明模型建立准确可靠,研究了板坯不同入炉温度以及不同厚度对加热时间的影响规律,并得出加热时间与入炉温度和厚度之间的经验公式。

【Abstract】 the thesis has a research on a reheating furnace of medium plate plant,and a physical and mathematical model for slabs heated in the 4-zone walking beam type of re-heating furnace was established.the finite volume method was used for discretization.It is proved that the model is accurate and reliable by the comparison between the result of simulation and the experiment data of black box.And also the influence of the different temperature to the furnace as well as the different thickness of the slab on the heating time by numerical simulation are studied, and coming into the empirical formula of the heating time between the temperature and the thickness
