T型中间包过滤器对夹杂物去除的影响

【摘要】 中间包在结构上设计成T型,且增加坝堰过滤器等,可以起到增加夹杂物去除率的作用。本文通过数值模拟的方法对T型中间包内结构设计,过滤器等进行评价。实验得出结论,钢液通过过滤器时,直通孔对钢液的约束使得钢液出现速度梯度,从而使得夹杂物速度方向改变与过滤器碰撞得以粘贴去除。坝堰的设计可以提高夹杂物的去除,且尽量缩短坝堰间距离,从而约束钢液,增加夹杂物的去除率。拉速对夹杂物去除的影响最大,降低0.4m/min的拉速,可以提高夹杂物去除率15%以上。过滤器可以提高夹杂物去除率在4%左右。过滤器的加入对钢液的温降影响不大。有过滤器情况下均比无过滤器下的夹杂物指数评级低。过滤器的加入对钢液的温降影响不大。
【Abstract】 Tundish is designed to structure T,and set to dam and weir.Through these the inclusion will be removed form tundish.The fluid flow of tundish with filter is studied using numerical simulation and SEM.It is found that the velocity gradient will appear when the fluid overpasses the filter,which will make the inclusion to be chaos.Afterward,the inclusion will be adhibited by filter and removed.Also the dam and weir is advantageous for inclusion-removal.But the distance of dam and weir should be shorten.The casting speed is the mostly significant factor.The percentage of inclusion-removal arise 15%when the casting speed drop of 0.4m/min.The percentage of inclusion-removal is increased of 4%with filter.The filter won’t decrease the steel temperature.Inclusion Index Grade with filter is lower than it without filter.The filter won’t decrease the steel temperature.
