蒸发母液离子交换法分离钒的试验研究

【摘要】 论文采用201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂对从蒸发母液中分离钒进行了试验研究,结果表明,在树脂与蒸发母液体积比相同的情况下,随蒸发母液pH值以及流速的降低,树脂对V2O5的吸附率增加,当树脂与蒸发母液的体积比为0.06,蒸发母液的pH值为8,流速为1ml/min时,V2O5的吸附率可达到86.87%。通过交换机理分析表明,不同pH值和钒浓度下,蒸发母液中钒离子的存在形式不同,从而导致树脂与钒的理论交换量不同,pH值为13-14范围,树脂与钒的理论交换量为0.33,而pH值为8-9范围,树脂与钒的理论交换量为1,这与试验中随蒸发母液pH值降低V2O5的吸附率增加的结论相一致。另外,由于蒸发母液是一个复杂的溶液体系,杂质含量较多,溶液中存在着多种阴离子、阳离子以及一些聚合离子,这些离子的存在也会影响树脂对V2O5的吸附,这也是造成树脂对V2O5吸附率偏低的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Experimental study on extration vanadium from evaporation mother liquor of aluminium oxide producing process by ion exchange method with 201×7 resin was carried out in this paper.The results showed that V2O5 adsorption rate increased with the decrease of pH and velocity of evaporation mother liquor.Under the condition of 0.06 of resin volume to solution volume,pH8 of solution and 1ml/min of velocity,V2O5 adsorption rate came up to 86.87%.The analysis on ion exchange mechanism indicated that due to the different vanadium ion state in different solution pH,the theory exchang capacity between resin and vanadium is diferent,such as 0.33 in the pH range of 13-14,while 1 in the pH range of 8-9.This results in the increase of V2O5 adsorption rate with the decrease of solution pH.In addition,evaporation mother liquor is a kind of complicated solution with various anion,cation and polymeric ion,wich would be effect the adsorption rate of resin to V2O5.This was also one of the main reason which resulted in low V2O5 adsorption rate.
