纳米Ce1-x(Nd0.5Fe0.5)xO2-δ固溶体的合成及结构表征
Synthesis and Structure Characterization of Nanosized Ce1-x(Nd0.5Fe0.5)xO2-δ Solid Solutions

【摘要】 采用水热方法合成出Ce1-x(Nd0.5Fe0.5)xO2-δ固溶体,探索了最佳的合成条件。利用XRD对固溶体结构进行表征,结果表明当x≤0.2时,Ce1-x(Nd0.5Fe0.5)xO2-δ固溶体具有立方萤石结构;产物的平均粒度15 nm左右。相对于Ce离子,Fe离子的半径小,而Nd离子半径大,因此双掺杂会引起较为复杂的晶格参数变化。TEM及能谱结果证明样品为结晶良好的纳米晶,掺杂离子的含量与理论含量基本一致。紫外光谱分析表明离子的掺杂导致带隙吸收边发生变化,能隙先增大后减小。
【Abstract】 Ce1-x(Nd0.5Fe0.5)xO2-δ solid solutions were obtained via hydrothermal method,the best synthesized condition was explored.The structure of the solid solutions were characterized by XRD analysis technique,the results showed that the Ce1-x(Nd0.5Fe0.5)xO2-δ solid solutions have cubic fluorite structure when the doped content below 0.20.The particle size was about 15 nm. Comparing with Ce ion,radius of Fe ion is smaller and Nd ion is larger.Therefore,the complicated variation of cell parameter was observed.TEM and EDS results showed that the samples have fine crystalline structure and the real doped content of the solid solutions close to the theory content.The UV-Vis diffraction spectrum analysis showed that the absorption threshold edge shift,the band gap energy first blue shift and then red shift by increasing the doped content.
