不锈钢厂烟尘中铬及其它元素的分布规律研究

【摘要】 从源头上减少不锈钢厂烟尘中含铬相的产生对资源回收和环境保护都具有重要意义。本文采用SEM-EDS、XRD和XPS等技术对不锈钢厂烟尘中铬及其它元素的分布进行了研究。结果表明在不同粒径的不锈钢厂烟尘中SiO2、Al2O3、CaO和MgO含量均随粒径的增大而增加,可能是由于冶炼过程中飞溅的熔渣被炉气带出形成烟尘。烟尘中的其他组分如MnO、ZnO、NiO、Cr2O3和Fe2O3含量随粒径的增大而减小,其中的Mn和Zn元素颗粒越小含量越高,可能与元素在高温下的挥发有关。对不锈钢厂烟尘的表面元素分布的分析表明不锈钢厂烟尘表面主要是由O、Fe、Zn、Cl和Si元素组成,并没有检测到Cr的存在,可能其表面Cr原子浓度低于实验仪器的检测限。

【Abstract】 To reduce the formation of the chromium-bearing phases in the stainless steel plant dust at source is of great significance to the resources utilization and environmental protection.In this paper, SEM-EDS,XRD and XPS are used to study the distribution of chromium and other elements in the stainless steel plant dust.The results show that SiO2,Al2O3,CaO and MgO contents in different particle size of the stainless steel plant dust increase with an increase of the particle size of dust,it probably due to that slag splashing and lately captured by the off-gas during the smelting process.The contents of the other components,such as MnO,ZnO,NiO,Cr2O3 and Fe2O3,increase with the decreasing of the particle size of dust,in which Mn and Zn may be associated with the higher vaporization pressure of elements at high temperatures.The distributions of the surface elements of the stainless steel plant dust show that it mainly consists ofO,Fe,Zn,Cl and Si,and chromium is not detected,probably due to that the Cr concentration on the surface of the stainless steel dust is lower than the detection limit of the experimental apparatus.
