钢连铸两相区溶质再分配数学模型

【摘要】 本文建立了钢连铸两相区内溶质再分配数学模型,考虑了凝固过程δ/γ相变化以及MnS夹杂析出。分析了钢种成分和MnS夹杂物析出对钢凝固过程高温力学性能的影响,模型计算结果与文献报道的实测零强度温度(ZST)和零塑性温度(ZDT)温度吻合良好。计算结果表明钢种C,P,S成分增加,脆性温度区间增加,裂纹几率增加。

【Abstract】 A mathematical model of solute redistribution in mushy zone of continuous casting steel is presented. MnS precipitation and the delta-ferrite/gamma-austenite phase transformation in the Fe-C system are incorporated in the model for application to the solidification of steel.The effects of steel composition and MnS precipitation on high temperature mechanical properties of steel are all analyzed.The model results were extensively compared with experimental data of zero strength temperature(ZST) and zero ductility temperature(ZDT) that reported in the literature.In general,a good agreement between calculated and measured results was verified.Results show that an increment of carbon,phosphorus and sulfur extends the brittle temperature range,which may increase the risk of internal defects.
