原子荧光光度计测定土壤及水系沉积物样品中的砷

【摘要】 用原子荧光光度计测定了土壤及水系沉积物标准样品中的砷,方法检出限为0.02 mg·kg-1。分别使用混酸消解法和王水浸提法处理样品,得到了比较满意的分析效果。讨论了两种样品前处理方法的优缺点、精密度和准确度。单纯测定样品中As含量时王水浸提法更好,如果在测定As含量同时还要进行其他元素的测定则可以选用混酸消解法。

【Abstract】 Arsenic in soil and reservoir sediment standard reference materials were measured by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrome- try (AFS).The detection limit was 0.02 mg·kg-1.Two sample dissolution procedures were used and satisfactory results were obtained.The two procedures were compared for their accuracy and precision pack.Aqua regia dissolution procedure is better when only As concentration was concerned.If other elements’ concentrations were to be measured together with As,multi-acid dissolution procedure was recommended.
