三维荧光等高线特征谱及其应用研究

【摘要】 测定了29个食用植物油样的三维荧光光谱(1-14:花生油;15-21:调和油;22-29:芝麻油)。用图像信息统计法,得到了三维荧光等高线指纹图谱分别在发射波长Em方向和激发波长Ex方向的一对特征谱IEm和IEx和一个沿Em方向并带有Ex方向波长特性的特征谱IEm(∑λEx),并基于该三谱对食用植物油的三维荧光光谱进行了模式识别。结果表明:三特征谱均能以数值集的形式描述物质的荧光性质,具有特征性和可计算性。

【Abstract】 The 3D fluorescence spectra of 29 edible oil samples,such as peanut oil,seasoning oil and sesame oil,were measured in this paper(1-14:peanut oil;15-21:seasoning oil;22-29:sesame oil).A couple of characteristic spectra(IEm & IEx) of 3D flu- orescent contour plot,which were in the direction of emission wavelength and excition wavelength respectively,and the Charac- teristic Spectrum IEm (ΣλEx) which was in the direction of emission wavelength and including the information of excition wave- length,were gained by statistical image information method.Based on three characteristic spectra,the 29 samples were identi- fied by pattern recognition technology.The results showed that the fluorescent properties of substance can be described in the form of numerical value by three Characteristic Spectra.It was Characteristic and computable.
