中红外-近红外二维相关光谱法用于大黄的分类鉴别

【摘要】 二维中红外-近红外相关光谱法被用于研究正品与非正品中药材大黄的分类。用该技术可以快速提取出正品与非正品大黄的二维光谱特征,从而对它们机型鉴定。利用二维相关光谱可以增强光谱的分辨率并可获得更多的有效信息。还对二维相关光谱的特征做了讨论。结果表明,二维相关光谱法可以作为进行性质非常相近的中药材的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Two-dimensional Fourier-Transform-infrared and near-infrared correlation spectroscopy has been an attractive and rap- idly developing technique and applied in many fields.The purpose of the present paper was to demonstrate the potential of the 2D FT-IR-NIR correlation spectroscopy in identification of the official and unofficial rhubarb.By this technique,Official rhubarb and unofficial one were indentified fast and nondestructively.At the same time,the resolution of spectra can be enhanced and some rich information without in the conventional one-dimensional spectra can be obtained too.Additionally,some correlation bands were primitively referred and the relation between the medicinal functions and the compositions of the two kinds of rhubarb are briefly discussed.The results proved that the two-dimensional Fourier-Transform-infrared and near-infrared correlation spectroscopy was a very potential technique in study of medicinal herbs.
