近红外漫反射光谱技术在白砂糖快速分析中的应用

【摘要】 采用近红外漫反射光谱技术和MLR,PLS方法建立白砂糖色值的定标模型。计算相关系数谱和单点RMSEP谱。按照相关系数高和单点RMSEP低选取20个特征波长和5个波段(包含全谱段)。结合不同的光谱预处理的不同参数选择,通过多次PLS数值实验,得到与全谱效果相当的波段为780~1100nm,RMSEP值为11.20。再通过多次MLRS数值实验,不仅从20个特征波长集合中任意筛选5个波长,而且从全谱中等间隔筛选5个波长,最优RMSEP值为11.19。结果表明,5个波长的组合可以代替全谱得到好的预测效果。为设计小型专用近红外光谱分析仪器提供依据。

【Abstract】 The calibration models for color value of white granulated sugar were constructed by near-infrared diffuse reflection spectroscopy,MLR and PLS methods.The correlation coefficient spectrum and single point RMSEP spectrum were calculated. According to the high correlation coefficients and low RMSEP values,collection of 20 characteristic wavelengths and selected five bands(include the whole spectrum).By using PLS numerical experiments with selecting different spectral pretreatment parame- ters,confirmed that the calibration effect of 780-1100 nm band was equal to the whole band,and the RMSEP value was 11.20. On the one hand,make many MLR numerical experiments,selected 5 wavelengths not only from the 20 characteristic wave- lengths,but also from the whole spectrum in fixed intervals form,and the optimal value of RMSEP was 11.19.It shows that the combination of 5 wavelengths which gets good calibration effect can replace the whole spectrum.All of these provide basis for designing minitype special near infrared content analyzer.
