硝酸亚铈对雄性小鼠生殖能力的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探讨硝酸亚铈对小鼠生殖能力的影响。[方法]100只雄性小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、环磷酰胺组及硝酸亚铈15、30、60mg/kg组,各组动物用相应受试物连续灌胃60d;于第45天,各组取10只雄鼠分别与12只正常雌鼠合笼交配,观察和计算交配率和受孕率;于雌鼠妊娠的第18天,解剖观察和计算畸胎率和死胎率;于染毒的第61天,处死各组小鼠,检测精子的数量及质量。[结果]15mg/kg硝酸亚铈与环磷酰胺比较能提升活精率和精子活动度(P<0.05),降低精子畸形率(P<0.05)。30 mg/kg硝酸亚铈与环磷酰胺比较提升活精率和精子活动度(P<0.05)。60mg/kg-l硝酸亚铈与正常对照比较降低了精子数量、活精率、活动度(P<0.05),增加畸形率(P<0.05),增加畸胎率(P<0.05)。结论高剂量硝酸亚铈对雄性小鼠的生殖能力有不良影响,而低剂量硝酸亚铈对精子数量和质量有一定的促进作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of cerium nitrate on the reproductive capacity of male mice.Methods 100 male mice were distributed randomly into normal control group,Cytoxan group,low dose cerium nitrate group(15mg/kg),middle dose cerium nitrate group(30mg/kg), high dose cerium nitrate group(60mg/kg).Whole mice were given relevant reagent for 60days.On the 45th day,10 male mice in each group lived and mated with 12 female mice in a cage.The Ratio of Mate and Pregnancy was observed and calculated.On the 61st day, whole male mice were killed.Sperm count,living sperm rate,sperm motility and abnormal sperm rate were detected by microscope and calculated.Results 15mg/kg cerium nitrate could elevate living sperm rate and sperm motility(P<0.05),reduce abnormal sperm rate compared with Cytoxan(P<0.05).30mg/kg cerium nitrate could raise living sperm rate and sperm motility compared with Cytoxan(P<0.05).60mg/kg cerium nitrate could debase Sperm count,living sperm rate,sperm motility(P<0.05),increase abnormal sperm rate(P<0.05) and Ratio of Abnormal embryo with normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose cerium nitrate show adverse effect on the reproductive capacity of male mice,while Low dose cerium nitrate could promote sperm quantity and quality.
