换向器用耐热塑料的研制

【摘要】 以改性酚醛树脂为基材,无机纤维为增强材料,配合适当的固化剂和无机填料,采用挤出法制造出一种用于电机换向器的耐高温酚醛塑料。分析了树脂类型、增强材料及制造工艺对塑料性能的影响,并与国外同类产品进行了性能比较。分析结果表明,该塑料具有较高的耐热性,连续高温条件下仍保持较高的机械强度和尺寸稳定性。

【Abstract】 The preparation of a high temperature resistant phenolic moulding compound for reversers was discussed in this article. The moulding compound was made from a modified phenol resin by means of extrusion method.The material remains basically high heat resistance,meaning that it has high mechanical strength and dimensional stability even under continuous high temperature conditions.The properties of the moulding compound were compared with PM-6432 from Japan.The influencing factors like resin type,reinforcing material and manufacturing technique were discussed.The results show that the properties of the moulding compound have approached the level of PM-6432 from Japan.
