干旱对假俭草生理特性的影响(英文)

【摘要】 假俭草(Eremoddoa ophiuroides)是我国优良的暖季型草坪草资源,然而对它的研究利用尚处于起步阶段。本试验以不同生态型假俭草Common和Yaan为材料,其中Common是引进品种。采用盆栽控水处理法对假俭草进行了3个水平的干旱胁迫试验,其中水分充足,土壤水分含量为田间持水量的80%,作为对照;中度干旱,土壤水分含量为田间持水量的50%;重度干旱,土壤水分含量为田间持水量的35%。经过半年的处理,结果表明干旱胁迫显著地提高了假俭草叶片中光合色素的含量,促进了可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸的积累及SOD的活性的增加,同时导致电解质的外渗率、膜脂的氧化程度的增大。对于干旱胁迫,两种生态型之间的反应也存在一定的差异性。与Yaan生态型相比,Common中叶绿素B、MDA、SOD及APX活性等受到的影响更大。从两者的反应差异可以看出本土的Yaan生态型比引进的Common生态型具有更强的抗旱性,开发的本土优良草坪草资源是很有必要的。

【Abstract】 We compared the physiological responses of two ecotypes of centipedegrass(Eremochloa ophiuroides) from different origins when exposed to three watering regimes:well-watered(80%of the field water capacity),moderate drought(50%of the field water capacity),intense drought(35% of the field water capacity) for one growing season,to determine if two ecotypes exhibit different tolerances to drought stress.Our results indicated that drought had a significant effect on Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b and carotinoids concentration as well as soluble carbohydrates concentration and free proline accumulation of two experimented ecotypes.The membrane structure was significantly affected by leakage of electrolyte and MDA.Compared with plants growing without water stress,the SOD-activity of plants that were exposed to intense drought has significantly increased in both ecotypes.However, differences in responses were also observed between two study ecotypes.Chlorophyll b concentration, MDA and activities of SOD and APX was significantly more affected by intense drought in the Common ecotype than in the Yaan ecotype.These differences may reflect that the Yaan ecotype has a higher tolerance to drought than the Common ecotype introduced from America.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore excellent centipedegrass-Yaan ecotypes.
