【摘要】 通过田间试验,对高粱不育系与苏丹草杂交组合F₁及其双亲的生育期、株高、分蘖数、叶片中脉颜色进行了遗传分析。结果表明,高粱不育系与苏丹草杂交组合F₁的生育期有明显的趋中特点,并且趋向于早熟亲本;F₁的株高趋向于高秆亲本,具有明显的杂种优势;F₁的分蘖性介于双亲分蘖性之间;F₁的叶片中脉颜色表现为双亲高粱不育系与苏丹草只要有一个为白脉则F₁就表现为白脉,只有双亲叶片中脉颜色均为蜡脉时F₁才表现为蜡脉。因此,培育高粱不育系与苏丹草杂交种（高丹草）要根据育种目标有目的选择双亲。更多还原

【Abstract】 Genetic study on the growth period and plant height and tiller number and leaf midrib colour of F₁ hybrids between Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum sudanense and their parents were conducted by experiment. The result showed;The growth period of F₁ hybrids between Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum sudanense incline to intergrade distinctly,and is apt to premature-parent;the plant height of F₁ hybrids is apt to taller-parent and its heterosis is very remarkable;the tillering ability of F₁ hybrids intervenient its parents’;the leaf midrib colour of F₁ hybrids might be subject to a pair of gene,the midrib colour of F₁ is white as long as that of father or mother is white,the midrib colour of F₁ is waxy when its parents are waxy.Therefore,breeding the F₁ hybrids between Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum sudanense need choose the parents purposeful accrording as breeding goal.更多还原
