非秋眠紫花苜蓿株系优选的性状分析

【摘要】 以产种期的非秋眠苜蓿株行系为材料,对影响株重的性状进行通径分析。实验数据的总的多元决定系数较大,∑d=0.8467,表明本实验中选择的性状包括了影响生物量的主要性状。通径分析结果表明结实分枝数、总分枝数、株高、产种量、分枝节数和分枝结实花序数与株重相关性相对较强,是生物产量的主要决定因素,是非秋眠苜蓿在亚热带地区进行单株选择的主要性状。分析得出的株重多元回归方程为,y=14.3249+0.0772×1(株高)+0.1573×2(株总分枝数)+0.4834×3(株结实分枝数)+0.0112×4(花序长度)+0.0687×5(分枝结实花序)+0.0323×6(主枝结实花序)+0.0006×7(茎粗)+0.1702×8(分枝节数)+0.4271×9(产种量)。

【Abstract】 Path analysis of non-dormancy alfalfa individual and row lines characters in seed mature period was conducted in this paper.The multi-recursion determination coefficient,∑d=0.8467,indicated that the characters chosen in the experiment contained the almost main factors on alfalfa biology yield.The results of path analysis was that the characters of closely relative with individual weight were the number of branch with seed,branch amount,plant high,length of inflorescence,branch knots number and the quantity of inflorescence with seed every branch.These properties also were the main determinants of biology yield and main choosing bases of excellent non-dormancy alfalfa individuals for breeding on sub-tropic zone.The multiple regression equation of alfalfa individual weight with the nine characters in the experiment was y(Individual weight)=14.3249+0.0772×1(plant high)+0.1573×2(branch amount) +0.4834×3(seeding branch number) +0.0112×4(inflorescence length) +0.0687×5(inflorescence number with seed every branch) +0.0323×6(bough seeding inflorescence) +0.0006×7(stem perimeter) +0.1702×8(branch knots) +0.4271×9(seed yield)。
