赤霉素和聚乙二醇对非洲狗尾草种子萌发的效应
Study on the Effects of GA3 and PEG treatment on the seeds of Setaria sphacelata

【摘要】 采用100 mg/L、200 mg/L、400 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)和10%、15%、20%、25%的聚乙二醇(PEG)处理非洲狗尾草种子,研究GA3和PEG对非洲狗尾草种子萌发的效应。结果表明,适当浓度和适当处理时间范围内,GA3和PEG溶液处理对非洲狗尾草种子的萌发有促进作用,可显著提高非洲狗尾草种子发芽率、芽长、根长、幼苗生长势、简化活力指数及活力比,其中以200 mg/L GA3浸种24h和10%PEG浸种24 h效果最好。
【Abstract】 Gibberelin (GA3) with different density of 100 mg/L、200 mg/L、400 mg/L and the polyethyleneglycol (PEG) with different density of 10%、15%、20%、25% were used to treat Setaria sphacelata seeds in this study.The time of treatments for every density was respectively 24 h and 48 h. Germination rate,the,length of embryo and radicle,the growing tendency during seedling,the reduced vigor index and the ratio of vigor were measured and analyzed.The results showed that:the different density gibberelin GA3 and PEG with an appropriate density and treat time can promoted the germina- tion and increased seed vigor of Setaria sphacelata seeds.In our study,the treatments with 200 mg/L GA3 and 10% PGE for treating 24h were favorable.
