【摘要】 目的评价醒脑静注射液治疗酒精中毒的疗效。方法计算机检索MEDLINE(1989-2008年)、中国期刊全文数据库(1991-2008年)、维普资讯-中文期刊数据库(1991-2008年)、万方数据库(1991-2008年)、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(1991-2008年)。按纳入标准纳入合格的随机对照研究并对其进行质量评价,采用Revman4.2.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入27篇中文文献,均为低质量文献。Meta分析结果表明,在治疗酒精中毒时,西医常规治疗+醒脑静治疗在显效时间上明显比单纯西医常规治疗所用时间短,其WMD和95%CI为-90.62m(-121.12,-60.11),有效时间也优于单纯西医常规治疗,其WMD和95%CI为-124.97m(-183.54,-66.40);西医常规治疗+醒脑静比西医常规治疗+纳洛酮急性酒精中毒在显效时间上略慢,其WMD和95%CI为1.88m(0.83,2.94),有效时间与西医常规治疗+纳洛酮治疗无显著性差异,其WMD和95%CI为-0.81m(-0.63,2.94)。结论现有研究表明,醒脑静注射液治疗酒精中毒比西医常规治疗有明显的效果,在常规治疗相同的情况下,醒脑静注射液与纳洛酮相似,两者无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of xingnaojing(XNJ)injection in the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication1.Methods:the Cochrane library,MEDLINE,WANFANG,CBM and CNKI were searched.the quality of included studies was assessed according to the criteria recommended,meta analyses were performed using Revman 4.2.2 software.Results Twenty seven trials,all published in China were included.The quality of these studies was low.Meta-analyses showed that normal treatment plus XNJ could significantly shorten action time[WMD=-90.62m,95%CI(-121.12,-60.11)]and effective time[WMD=-124.97m,95%CI(-183.54,-66.40)].Normal treatment plus XNJ was similar with Normal treatment plus naloxone in action time[WMD=1.88m,95%CI(0.83,2.94)].No significant differences were observed in effective time[WMD=-0.81m,95%CI(-0.63 to 2.94)]between naloxone and XNJ.Conclusions It was showed that XNJ injection plus western medical therapy was superior to western medical therapy.The curative efficacy of XNJ and naloxone were similar.There was no significant difference.更多还原
