【摘要】 随着当代医疗事业的迅猛发展,医疗设备已被广泛运用于医疗领域的各个方面,对医疗诊断、治疗水平的提高正起着决定性的作用,在医疗体系中占据着越来越重要的地位。但与此同时,与医疗设备管理互相配套的管理规范及体系建设相对滞后,管理的理念还比较落后,管理的模式也较为陈旧,管理的内容相对简单,这些都迫切需要对医疗设备建立起较为完善且行之有效的管理模式。本文在分析医疗设备管理现状的基础上,提出医疗设备管理应当考虑的内容,及如何借鉴企业管理模式进行管理的思想,并结合尝试构建南京军区南京总医院新型医疗设备管理模式实践,就相关问题进行了探讨和思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the contemporary medical service enterprise swift and violent development, the medical equipment by the wide spread utilization massive medical services practice in, was occupied in the entire medical system the more and more important status, the medical equipment to the medical diagnosis, the treatment level enhancement is playing the decisive role. But with it necessary management standard and the system relative price ratio lag, is also urgent needs to establish more perfect also the effective management pattern, this article the present situation which manages from the medical equipment, the content which the medical equipment management must consider, and model business management pattern aspect and so on fit and unfit quality degree, to established the new medical equipment management pattern to carry on some discussions, will try hard to make some beneficial explorations for the future management.更多还原
