【摘要】 介绍了一种料仓物位检测装置的设计过程,该装置利用应变电阻片将重量信号转换为物位信号,依靠微处理器进行数据处理,具有数据显示、声光报警、掉电保护、数据输出等功能。在数据处理中引入了非线性处理方法,解决了信号测量过程中非线性所带来的问题,较好地实现了对物位的测量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduced the design process of bunker object position measure equipment,the equipment used strain resistance transform the weight signal to the position signal,carried on the data processing depends on microprocessor,it had display data,acousto-optic alarm,power failure protection,output data functions and so on.applied un-linear processing method in the data processing,had solved the problem which the un-linear brings in the signal measurement process,realized the measurement of bunker object position and well.更多还原
