数控钢筋矫直切断机剪切系统的在线检测与分析

【摘要】 剪切精度是衡量钢筋矫直切断机重要技术指标,提高剪切精度一直是钢筋矫直切断机研究领域的重要课题。本文应用理论分析与实验研究相结合的方法对GTK6/12数控钢筋矫直切断机剪切系统进行系统的分析。在剪切误差理论分析基础上,提出了剪切误差的在线检测方案,采用可编程计数定时器(8253)实现了高速信号的实时检测,分析出影响剪切误差各系统因素和随机因素,为提高钢筋剪切精度提供了可靠的技术依据。
【Abstract】 Cutting precision is an important criterion of steel bars straightening and cutting machine (SBSCM), how to develop cutting precision has been an important problem in the field. In this paper, the cutting system of GTK6/12 NC SBSCM was analyzed in detail by the method of theoretical analysis and experience. Based on theoretical analysis of cutting error, the online testing method was put forward. In the method, programmable timer and counter (8253) was adopted to realize the real time testing of high speed signal. System and random factors influencing cutting precision were found. The research provides a reliable technology criterion for developing the cutting precision.
