基于凸壳的圆导轨平面度误差的评定

【摘要】 由圆导轨平面度误差评定的原则提出了评定圆导轨平面度误差的条件,利用凸壳快速地确定迭代的初始点,从而实现对圆导轨平面度误差的评定。该方法满足最小区域法。经过实例验证,表明该方法的正确性和可行性。这种方法还适合直线度误差和圆度误差的最小区域法、最大内接圆和最小外接圆的评定。
【Abstract】 The condition evaluating of flatness error for circular guideway is derived from the principle of flatness error of the circular guideway. The algorithm based on convex hull has been developed for evaluation of flatness error of the circular guideway. The method meets the minimum zone and is validated using the data available in the literature. This method is very suitable for assessment of the straightness error and the minimum zone circle, the maximum inscribed circle and the minimum circumscribed circle.
