激光共焦扫描检眼镜的实时图像采集系统设计

【摘要】 提出并实现了一种共焦扫描检眼镜实时图像采集的设计方案。根据检眼镜中的位置反馈信号及光电倍增管输出信号的特性,利用比较器和CPLD以及PCI-1410图像采集卡实现了实时图像采集的硬件设计;分析了采集过程中存在的图像畸变,并在LABVIEW中实现了畸变的校正以及图像的实时显示。该系统可实现图像大小512X512像素帧频为25帧的实时图像采集。

【Abstract】 A method of real-time image acquisition for confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) is proposed in this paper. According to the characteristic of scanning position feedback signal and PMT output signal in SLO, CPLD、operational amplifiers and PCI-1410 Image acquisition card are used to achieve the hardware design of real-time image acquisition for SLO. The image distortion in the process of acquisition is analyzed. The correction of the distortion is achieved by software which is developed by LABVIEW. The interface of real-time image acquisition and display is also designed in LABVIEW. This system can acquire images that are composed of 512×512 pixels, and display those at the speed of 25 frames per second.
