【Abstract】 The paper introduces the investment situation on iron ore resources by the transnational enterprises,and reviews the loss and gain of iron ore resources invested by Chinese enterprises at abroad.The analysis shows that under the situation of grabbing the resources and cornering the market by the transnational enterprises,our national iron and steel enterprises should swiften the steps of mineral exploitation at abroad,and implement the globalization strategy.It is suggested that our national enterprises should participate or control the investment in the exploitation of iron ore resources at abroad, but do not invest by ourselves.更多还原
