主体功能区划背景下人口分布与流动规律研究

【摘要】 主体功能区规划是我国国土空间开发中的一项具有创新意义的政策,主体功能区的提出集中体现了我国以人为本的思想内涵。社会发展的最终目标是人的全面和自由发展,这也是主体功能区人口政策的核心理念。鉴于我国各地区特殊的自然资源、经济资源和人口分布的差异性,已经严重阻碍了我国民众对于社会主义发展成果的共享。因此,必须尽快了解和把握我国人口分布与流动的基本影响因素及内部作用,即主要包括:自然环境、经济和就业状况、公共服务状况以及文化等,调整人口和经济的合理布局,使人口达到有序迁移和合理分布。主体功能区人口政策将是我国未来一段时期内主要的人口指导性政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main functional region classification is an innovative policy as the future development of our country.The main functional region embodies the people-oriented of China’s ideological content.The ultimate goal of social development is a comprehensive and free development,which is the core concept in population policy of the main function.The difference of our natural resources of the region,economic resources and population distribution has seriously hindered our people to share the results.Therefore,it is necessary to understand and grasp the flow of China’s population distribution,that is,include:the natural environment, economic and employment situation,the situation of public services and culture.Adjusting the rational distribution of population and economy is to population reasonable and orderly migration and distribution.更多还原
