日粮阴阳离子平衡的调剂时间对暑热期泌乳牛酸碱平衡和生产性能的影响
Administration Time–Dependent Influence of Dietary Cation-anion Balance on Acid-base status and Production under Summer Condition in Dairy Cows

【摘要】 选择泌乳中期奶牛10头,随机分成日粮阴阳离子平衡(DCAB)的早、夕、晚三次调剂组(A组)和早朝一次调剂组(B组),剖析DCAB不同调剂时间对暑热期奶牛生产、酸碱和矿物质平衡的影响。结果表明,DCAB早朝调剂组奶牛的采食量和产奶量分别提高16.7%(P<0.05)和19.4%(P<0.01),并且,乳蛋白、乳脂、乳糖等亦有改善的趋势,差异不显著;14:00尾静脉血样测定表明,血液Na+、K+离子浓度差异并不显著,但血液pH、pCO2和HCO3-等血气指标增高,特别是B组碱储为正值,而A组为负值;尿液pH升高(P<0.05),Na+、K+、Cl-离子排出量有增加趋势,尿液电解质平衡值([Na+]+[K+]-[Cl-])降低。
【Abstract】 Ten mid-lactation Holstein cows were assigned randomly to group A (ter in 7:00、15:00、23:00) or group B (one sitting in 7:00), and administration time–dependent influence of dietary cation-anion balance on performance, acid-base and mineral status under summer condition in dairy cows were studied with the same ion salt. The one sitting group significantly influenced the performance of heat-stress dairy cows. Intake of DM and 4% FCM increased16.7%(P<0.05)and19.4%(P<0.01), respectively; Expect of NFC(P<0.01), milk fat、protein、lactose and rough mineral were not altered by administration time of dietary cation-anion balance; Blood samples taken from the caudle vein at 14:00 indicated that blood Na+、k+ and Ca2+ and blood pH、carbon dioxide partial pressure and HCO3- concentration were not altered by the administration time, Blood base excess increased in B, but the difference between groups was not significant. Urine pH was increased(P<0.05),and the excretion of urinary Na+、 K+ and Cl- had the tendency to be raised. And the urine electrolyte balance (Na+K-Cl ) was decreased.
