基于光纤通信的备用电源自投装置原理探讨

【摘要】 备用电源自投装置在中、低压电网中应用非常普遍,但大都是变电所内部两个电源之间的相互备用:对两个变电所之间的相互备用(以下称为双向备用电源自投装置)却一直未作有益的探索。针对目前双向备用电源自投装置运行中存在的问题,本文对各种情况进行详细分析,提出解决思路:即利用光纤通信来完善双向备用电源自投装置的功能。将变电所内部两个电源的相互备用延伸为变电所之间两个电源的相互备用,弥补一次网架结构不完善导致的电网安全运行缺陷,提高供电可靠性,同时可以节省投资、缩短工期、节约土地资源。

【Abstract】 The automatic emergency source closing device was used universally in the medium-voltage and low-tension electrical network,but it mostly used between two power sources of the same transformer substation as mutually reservation;The automatic emergency source closing device was used between two transformer substation(below was called two-way automatic emergency source closing device)actually was not to make the beneficial discussion.Aiming at the defect of the present two-way automatic emergency source closing device which was using in power system,the corresponding solution was proposed in this article based on analyzing all kinds of cases,which perfects the function of the two-way automatic emergency source closing device using the optical fiber communications.It extends mutually reservation of between two power sources of the same transformer substation to between two transformer substation,erases electrical network safe operation flaw because of the imperfect grid structure of electrical network, enhances the power supply reliability,simultaneously it would save the investment,reduce erection time,save land resources.
