基于.NET的智能式负荷分析、预测与管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 互联网的飞速发展带来了软件开发模式的根本转变,开发支持Internet的B/S模式的负荷预测系统代表了未来电力负荷预测技术的发展方向。本文介绍了作者研制的智能式负荷分析、预测与管理系统在.NET下实现,并提出了利用体感温度逐点修正预测负荷和基于"方案"的思想来组织预测的策略。与传统模式相比,该系统容易维护,便于开放,Web客户端零安装、零维护。通过大量真实数据测试与工程应用,已证明该系统具有智能化程度高、功能全面、操作方便、实用性强、准确率高、维护成本低等特点。为电力负荷预测运行人员提供了一套强有力的工具。
【Abstract】 The fast development of Internet has brought the fundamental transition of the development mode of the software.To develop the software based on B/S pattern which supports Intemet represents the direction of power load forecasting technology in the future.The paper has recommended the realization of the intelligent load analysis,forecasting and management system under.NET.The system creatively uses feeling temperature to modify forecast load and organizes forecast strategy based on project. Compared with traditional pattern,the system has superior performance of easy maintenance and opening,Web client zero installation,zero maintaining,etc.Through a large amount of real data test and project application,it has proved that the system has characteristics of intelligence,versatility,powerful practicability,high accuracy and low maintenance cost.It offers a set of powerful tools for forecasters.
