铁路电力自闭/贯通线路接地故障分段技术的研究

【摘要】 自闭/贯通线路是铁路电力系统的重要组成部分,肩负着为铁路信号设备可靠供电的艰巨任务。单相接地短路是自闭/贯通线路最常见的故障,由于它的接地短路电流较小,使故障检测较困难。本文将基于暂态信号的小电流接地检测技术应用于铁路自闭/贯通线路的故障分段,通过比较故障区段与非故障区段暂态零序电流的幅值和极性进行分段。淄博科汇电气有限公司基于本文方法开发的试验装置现场试验结果证明该方法能满足故障分段的要求。

【Abstract】 The automatic blocking and continuous railway power lines (ABCRPLs) provide power for the signalingsystems used in railway traffic control.Fast fault location is critical to ensure power supply reliability and the safe running of trains.Single Phase earthed Fault is the common fault in ABCRPLs.To detect the fault section is difficult since the fault current is very small. The transient zero sequence current of the fault section detection principle to railway power lines is presented in this paper.The transient zero sequence current of the fault section is much larger than the healthy section in amplitude and opposite in polarity.The result produced by the experimental equipment of ZiBo KeHui Electrical Limited Company again proves that the method can satisfy the demand of the fault section selection.
