基于注入恒频信号的消弧线圈自动跟踪补偿与接地选线定位技术研究

【摘要】 提出了一种基于注入恒频信号的消弧线圈自动跟踪补偿和单相接地故障自动选线、定位新方案。在系统未发生接地故障的情况下,定时地或在感受到中性点电位偏移时自动通过消弧线圈向系统注入一个恒频测量信号,通过对其进行分析和计算,准确地测量出系统对地分布电容的容抗、电网的脱谐度和阻尼率,以实现自动跟踪补偿,并监视电网的绝缘情况。在系统出现永久性单相接地的情况下,以同样的方式向系统注入信号,通过对注入信号的寻踪实现接地选线与定位。实验室模拟试验和现场实验证明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A new Peterson coil auto-tuning and single phase to ground fault line selection,fault location system based on signal injection method is developed in this paper.The system injects a constant frequency signal to the distribution network through the secondary side of Peterson coil timely,or when a change of neutral point to ground voltage is detected,during the normal operation period of distribution system.The line to ground capacitance,conductance can be obtained by calculation of the injected signal.Auto-tuning of Peterson coil then can be implemented.And the insulation state can be monitored.In case of a single phase to ground fault occurring,the injected signal can be used to identify the fault line and locate the fault point.The result of simulation and field test has proven the correctness and effectiveness of the system.
