核磁共振指纹图谱控制中药黄芩质量研究

【摘要】 <正>目前对植物中药指纹图谱研究的必要性以及核磁共振指纹图谱的方法学研究引起了国内外科研工作者的广泛关注.本文在前文研究1HNMR指纹图谱在鉴别中药材黄芩质量方面应用的基础上,进一步对13CNMR指纹图谱在鉴别中药材质量的应用进行了研究。
【Abstract】 13CNMR spectra of Scutellariae baicalensis extracts were obtained by PFT-NMR.The 13CNMR chemical shifts were assigned and compared with its effective flavonoid components including baicalein,oroxylin A,wogonin and baicalin. The results suggest that the 13CNMR spectra of Scutellariae baicalensis extracts show good repeatability.And the spectral characteristics of the extracts obtained from different Scutellariae baicalensis sample are,in general,similar to those effective flavonoid components baicalein,oroxylin A,wogonin and baicalin.Therefore,the 13CNMR fingerprints of Scutellariae baicalensis extract can be used as a criterion to check the authenticity of Scutellariae baicalensis and Scutellariae baicalensis products.
