【摘要】 <正>在研究Hib型荚壳多糖合成中,标题化合物(A)是引入呋喃核糖块的合成子。我们由D呋喃糖为起始原料合成了该化合物,再经柱层析分离得到它们的α-和β-异构体。在300兆NMR波谱仪上进行了测定。

【Abstract】 Theα- andβ- isomers of tert-Butyldimethylsilyl 5-O-Monomethoxytrityl- 2,3-O-benzylidene-D-dbofuranoside were separated by column chromato- graphy.The structure and conformation of the compound were identified by 1H-NMR spectra.1H-NMR data showed that 5.72ppm (J1,2=3.9Hz) could be assigned to theβ-isomer （1-Ha） when 2-H of the compound is equatorial bond.
