双哌嗪双季铵盐类化合物的13CNMR研究

【摘要】 <正>据报道,双哌嗪双季铵盐类化合物具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。为寻找新的抗肿瘤新药.研究该类化合物的构效关系,我们设计合成了10种双哌嗪双季铵盐类化合物(见表1,其中7个为新化合物),并对其结构进行了13CNMR研究。双哌嗪双季铵盐类化合物的13CNMR数据文献报道较少,我们利用仪器手段和经验方法对10种双哌嗪季铵盐类化合物的13CNMR数据进行了归属,并总结了该类化合物13CNMR数据的特征和规律,为进一步研究该类化合物的结构打下了基础。
【Abstract】 It was reperted that the dipiperazine diquaternary ammonium compounds had evident antitumor activities.In order to study their structure- activity relationship and to find better antitumor compounds,ten dipiperazine diquaternary ammonium derivatives were designed and synthesized. The carbon-13 NMR spectra of the 10 compounds were elucidated and the characteristic and rules of carbon-13 NMR sptctra of these compounds were obtained.
