含手性膦配体的铑化合物的NMR研究

【摘要】 <正>我们知道,手性膦配体常常用于对映体选择催化反应中,而且在生物催化和医药方面有着广阔前景.我们制备了两种手性膦配体:甲基-3-脱氧-3-(二苯膦基)-4,6-氧-苄叉基-α-D-吡喃阿卓糖苷(3-MBPA)和甲基-2-脱氧-2-(二苯膦基)-4,6-氧-苄叉基-α-D-吡喃阿

【Abstract】 Chiral phosphines are useful ligands inenatioselective catalysis with transition metal compounds.They also are potential application in biophsiccatalysis and medicine.We prepare two new chiral phosphine ligands:methyl 3-deoxy-3- (diphenylphosphino)-4,6-O-benzylidene-α-D-altro- pyranosid (3- MBPA) and methyl 2-deoxy-2-(diphenylphosphino)-4,6-O- benxylidene-α-D-altropyranoside(2-MBPA).They were treated with(Rh(CO)2Cl)2 to give yellow rhodium compounds,which are trans-((3-MBPA)2Rh(CO)Cl) (1)and trans-((2-MBPA)2Rh(CO)Cl) (2). In this paper,2D NMR(H-H COSY,H-C HMQC and HMBC Spectra) techniques were used to analyze and assign the 1H and 13C NMR spectra,and the coupling constants (JPRh=122.8Hz,126.7Hz) indicate that the rhodium compounds are trans geometry.
