【摘要】 粤港澳跨行政区域创新系统是由粤港澳三个行政区域内有着密切联系的创新主体、创新环境和创新动力源相互作用而形成的一种跨越行政区划的多层次结构的区域创新系统。该系统中的不同城市或区域依据各自的经济技术条件,可采用和实施不同层次的创新模式,其创新功能定位也不尽相同。构建粤港澳跨行政区域创新系统需要根据不同行政区域的自身特点,分层次、分类别地建设好各种创新子系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cross-administration region innovation system in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau is a multilayer structure regional innovation system, which crosses administrative regionalization and is formed by the interaction of innovation subject, innovation environment and innovation power source of three administration regions(Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau). Different cities and regions in this system can adopt different layer innovation modes according to their respective economic and technical condition, and the innovation function orientation is not the same. Constructing the cross-administration region innovation system in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau should better construct various innovation subsystem by different layer and category, according to each administration region’s own characteristics.更多还原
