【摘要】 人类的不同文明时代是以不同的信息处理、创制和传播方式为其技术前提的。农业文明时代的自给自足的经济体制、君主集权的政治体制,以建立在自我传播和亲身传播基础上的、短程而分散的、团体和组织传播信息活动方式为其技术前提,在这种体制和信息活动方式之下,难以形成大众化、一元化的价值观念体系:工业文明时代的高度统一的大规模经济体制、高度国家集权的政治体制,以自上而下权威制控的大众传播信息活动方式为其技术前提,在这种体制和信息活动方式之下,很容易形成以多数民众为基础的大众化、一元化的价值观念体系;信息社会文明的全新经济、政治体制则以计算机网络化的信息活动方式为其技术前提。网络化的信息处理、创制和传播方式在其形式上具有交互性、平行性、开放性、全球性、多元性、自由性、共享性、平等性和非权威主义的基本特征。正是这种网络化信息活动方式的发展和普及,有可能使人类价值观念模式的变革朝着多元化的方向发展。相对于不同的文明时代,人类信息处理、创制和传播的时间方向也从指向历史、关注现在,转变到了创新未来。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human different civilization times is take different information processing, formulate and propagation way as the prerequisite of technology.Self-supporting and self-sufficient economic-system,political system of autocratic monarchy of civilization times agriculture,take to build on self-propagation and firsthand propagation footing,short distance and disperse,information move way of team and organization propagation,as the prerequisite of technology,under the system and information move way,it is hard to take shape popular、unified values system.A height uniform large scale economic system,a political system of height state centralized of civilization times industry,take mass propagation information move way of authority control from top to bottom as the prerequisite of technology,under the system and information move way,it is very easy to take shape popular take majority the masses as basis,unified values system.Whole new economic,political system of civilization of information society take information move way of computer network as the prerequisite of technology.Network information processing,formulate and propagation way in form it has basis features of each other nature,parallel nature, open,global,multieement nature,free nature,share nature,equal nature and nonfinality.This is exactly develop and popularize of network information move way what it can develop take the change of human values model towards multielement direction.Relatively to different civilization times,human information processing, formulate and direction of time of propagation too from directional to history,give attention to now,change to innovate coming.更多还原
