利用分离盘抑制隔水管涡激振动的风洞实验研究

【摘要】 海流引起的涡激振动是导致深海隔水管疲劳失效的一个主要根源。研究隔水管涡激振动问题的深水池实验具有相当高的难度和成本,利用雷诺数相似的风洞实验可作为研究流动控制和涡动变化的辅助手段。为有效控制隔水管涡激振动,提出加装分离盘的方法。利用自制同步压力测量系统对加装分离盘前后隔水管模型的表面压力分布和气动力特性进行了实验研究。实验在某低速风洞进行,湍流度小于0.2%,实验雷诺数在2×10~4~4×10~4范围内。结果表明:加装长度分别为0.5~2.5倍隔水管直径的分离盘能有效减阻;2.5倍隔水管直径的分离盘最大减阻效果可达30%以上;分离盘长度是影响流场的重要参数,其取值大小直接影响抑制涡激振动的效果。

【Abstract】 Vortex-induced vibration(VIV)caused by ocean currents is a major source of deep-sea riser fatigue failure.It is very difficult and costly to research VIV of risers with deepwater pool test, wind tunnel test based on the similarity of Reynolds number is an assistant method for relative researches on flow and votex-structure control.In order to effectively control riser VIV,installation of a splitter plate on the riser was proposed.The surface pressure distribution and aerodynamic characteristics of riser models with and without splitter plate were respectively studied by using the self-developed simultaneous multi-pressure measurement system.Is was test in a low-speed wind tunnel whose turbulence is less than 0.2%.The experiment Reynolds number was between 2×10~4 and 4×10~4.It was shown that the installation of splitter plate with a length of 0.5-2.5 times the riser diameter can significantly reduce the drag coefficient of riser model.When the length is 2.5 times the riser diameter,the drag coefficient can be reduced by more than 30%.The length of splitter plate is an important parameter on flow field,it impact on the effect of VIV control significantly.
