VOF和Mixture多相流模型在空泡流模拟中的应用

【摘要】 本研究采用通用CFD软件FLUENT中的VOF和Mixture两种多相流模型数值模拟黏性空泡流动问题。首先,采用VOF多相流模型研究了绕二维翼型通气空泡流的非定常效应;讨论了重力效应作用下三维圆盘通气超空泡的尾部上漂、截面变形以及尾部分叉泄气等现象。然后,采用Mixture多相流模型分析了圆形截面闭式空泡水洞中洞壁效应对通气空化数的影响;考察了带尾部燃气射流的水下航行体自然空泡流动问题。计算结果表明:VOF模型在考察空泡流场精细结构方面具备一定的优势,但计算需采用非定常算法,计算量较大;而Mixture模型在处理高温、高压、可压缩性气、汽、液多相流动复杂问题上具备较好的能力,但模型本身存在较大的数值耗散,不利于精确捕捉相间交界面。

【Abstract】 In this paper,viscous cavitating flows were simulated by using VOF and Mixture multiphase models coded in CFD software-FLUENT.At first,the unsteady effect was studied for the ventilated cavitating flow around a 2D foil.And the gravity effect was discussed for the ventilated cavitating flow around a 3D disk by using the VOF method.Then,the influence of wall effects on the ventilated cavitation number was investigated in a numerical water tunnel.And a natural cavitating flow coupled with a combustion-gas jet was simulated by using the Mixture multiphase model.The results indicates that the VOF method has an advantage of modelling the fine flow structure,but it needs more computer time due to the unsteady solver.Moreover,the Mixture model is able to be adopted to handle complicated problems including the high-temperature,high-pressure, compressibility and multiphase,etc.,but it is difficult to capture the accurate interface between phases because of too much numerical dissipation.
