【Abstract】 We have successfully obtained Raman Spectra of the chromosomes in Cultural Hela cell nucleus by Raman microprobe Almost all lines could be assigned to DNA and the protein contents of the chromosoms.The protein and DNA Conformations and ratio of base pairs in DNA were determined.After irradiated by X ray of 800R the protein secondary structure turn fromα-helix toβ-sheet,indicated by the spectra changing from 1645cm to 1660cm and the Conformation of DNA turn from A form to B form,indicated by the spectra changing from 812cm to 820cm and the presence of 764cm line.更多还原
